After having a terrible off the plan purchase experience and almost being put off building altogether, then being introduced to the amazing Chad from Exceed who with his wealth of knowledge helped us bring together our ideas. Working with Exceed has been sooo easy and now we are weeks away from starting our build, we couldn’t be more grateful to Chad, Kara and the team for answering every phone call and every email, helping us out with everything from financing, planning, ppwk, etc and checking in on us during the process. I’ve known Chad for a number of years and he has always gone over and beyond to steer me in the right direction. This recent project, we came across a number of challenges. Chad was with me the whole process and ensured we cleared every hurdle, where most other builders would have left us out to dry.
